Meet The Team
Michael McDonald
Managing Director
Michael has over 20 years experience in the security industry, having worked on the
ground he decided in 2008 to start up his own security business. He is very
passionate about his business and takes pride in the reputation he has grown.
John McDonald
Operations Director

John also has many years security experience, he is a Director of Security Partners
and operationally runs the business. John is dedicated to deploying officers on the
ground and inducting on site training.
Sarah Moran
HR/Operations Manager

Sarah is CIPD qualified and is HR Manager for Security Partners. She also
operationally oversees the business on a day to day basis. Sarah will be the point of
contact for all operational queries.
Louise Sheeran
Accounts Manager
​
Louise is IPASS qualified and looks after all accounts and invoicing for Security
Partners. Louise will be the point of contact for all invoicing queries.
